The perineum massage nub adds a whole new dimension—it’s subtle but you definitely feel it working during use. The solid silicone ball provides firmer pressure than I expected, and the stretchy ring stays put without ever feeling like it’s cutting off circulation.

The stretchy ring holds snugly without feeling like it's cutting off circulation, which I was worried about with silicone. The firm ball gives a steady, targeted pressure that's noticeable but not overwhelming, and cleanup is a breeze since it's all one piece.

The silicone ball adds just the right amount of firm pressure, and the perineum massage makes a real difference during use. I was skeptical about the stretch, but it holds securely without feeling like it's cutting off circulation. Solid build quality for the price.
